how to make folding card in google docs?

I want to make a folding card from standard sheet for printer paper. Basically fold it half horizontally, then fold it in half again vertically. Is there a google template to do this, if not, how to do it manually?
Basically, print, fold, fold, bam, card.

Supposed youre using MS Word, you can set up the layout using tables. What software will you create it in?
Keep in mind desktop printers will not print to the very edge of the paper, most will leave 1/8" of unprintable margin. To keep all edges equal, you must leave a 1/4" space separating the areas that fold.
(Who knew you needed so much math to do graphic design?)
