Got some birthdays coming up, including mine. I and at least one other person I know will be in Orlando on a weekend in September. Right now it is looking like September 17th. Everyone please come on down and join us for some water park fun.
Not a party, don't bring presents. A list of things you should probably bring:
Your body.
At least 2 changes of clothes.
Water proof Sun block, because we are all nerds here and will fry.
A hat.
A towell, or two; because Douglas Adams would have wanted it that way.
Money for a ticket, because I am poor and can't pay for everyone.
Spare change for lockers, because you know you are not taking that ipod on the slides.
Wet-activity type of shoes. Flip flops are probably not a good idea unless you bring spares.
Do not wear contact lenses on that day. Bring your glasses, and bring a lanyard or head strap for them because they could very well fall off.
Make provisions for your lunch. You can bring lunch, but make sure you have it in a cooler or something so your cheese and mayo sandwhich doesn't become a biohazard before lunch time. Store your lunch in a tuper-type container.
Bring a water bottle!
Plastic water-proof bags for the stuff you absolutely have to carry on your person.
And a sunny disposition just in case the day is cloudy.
