I like this, but I might have to make myself forget about it for a while somehow so I got a bunch of them to read in a row. Three frames every whatever amount of days is not how I'd prefer to read it, I think
I am having difficulty with the tiny bitesizes as well. Not a slight on the guys at all, since they're doing this ontop of everthing else, but I can't do three panels every halfweek. Six a week might be more enjoyable.

I don't think anybody cares that you build up a backlog to go through, they still get the pageviews.

I've always wondered what "overqualified" was all about. My first thought is it's a way to turn people who clearly think for themselves and won't be drones down.
The only reason, so far as I know, that being "overqualified" is an issue is that there's a concern you might readily abandon your current job when something better shows up.
I imagine it really sucks if you're desperate for work and that keeps getting thrown in your face though.
End on
I wish that someway, somehow, that I could save every one of us

The main concern with someone being overqualified is that the employer is worried that you might leave as soon as something you're qualified for opens up.

There's that, and then there's they will have to pay you real person money. Especially once you get into the job and are tasked with things way over the original job description and they see they actually needed/wanted someone with a higher qualification in the first place.
Because you almost always sign a waiver saying you're not lying, and that if you are lying, you'll be instantly fired, and that you understand that.
So if in any discussion it comes out oh well actually I have a doctorate, they'll be like oh well actually you are fired.
Not to mention that if you are leaving out work experience, there will be gaps that don't make any sense, especially if it's a place that will contact previous employers to validate dates and stuff.
I'm with that guy, it's been the exact same thing for both strips! That is discouraging, I can only imagine that the trend will continue forever, every single strip of this comic will be that man in an interview situation being told he's overqualified.
That is it, that is the entire comic, forever.

Maybe Justin just doesn't like the carrot-stick-for-a-nose look.
A look that may very well haunt this comic forever.
I think this is supposed to be more than a gag-of-the-week strip. There is going to be character development and persistence. Storytelling, not joke-telling.

At this point, I can't see how anyone could have an opinion on the comic one way or the other. It's like a tv show. Often it takes a few episodes before it takes off and gets really good, because they need to do all the background story and setting up the setting. I'm excited though, I think it has great potential.

Or maybe I'm reading too much into this.
I don't have a problem with the slower pace... continuity comics just read different.

EDIT - His head reminds me of a foot. Not that there's anything wrong with being a foot-head.
