Changes to the new comic/patv threads \Robot Memorial/Re-purposing thread\

From Monday's comic onwards, the discussion of Penny Arcade content is going to be moved to a new board in the On Topic section of the boards. This has obviously been on the cards for a while, as these are the only on topic threads currently kept in SE. I know it's going to be sad to see the traditional home of PA content change, but I know that in time you will be able to struggle bravely onwards through these dark times. In the mean time, enjoy the last SE new comic thread(s)

no, not as a rule, but Gabe's been known to read and post in New Comic threads, and the LRR crew usually show up in the Checkpoint threads.

So if that's not the motivation, why not just say "guess what, SE++, you don't have to stay on topic in your New Comic thread anymore, you can turn it into the same kind of cesspool all your threads are?"
