I don't mind cats, but I am really, really, really allergic to them, so that sucks. And cats more than dogs seem to completely infest a house with their hair. Visiting people with cats is always a nightmare, each room a new hell of hidden hair and dander just everywhere

I have a cat and a beagle. The cat is sleeping on the the back of the sofa now, the beagle is nomming away on her oversized rawhide next to me. Not a bad morning, nope not a bad morning at all.

Gonna take a jog with the beagle in a bit.

I like cats, but my family always had outdoor cats. I can't imagine having an indoor cat.

Maybe it's just the fault of the specific people I visit, but in my experience cats make a place smell bad and their hair gets everywhere.

I am cat sitting for my folk's two new kittens while they vacation for two weeks. We've had cats before, but never brother and sister cats. It's funny how different siblings act towards each other. Our previous cats had a cordial but distant relationship. These two do everything together. They were pretty scared of me at first, but the male (Pumpkin) warmed up pretty quick and likes to chill in my lap while on the computer. The female, Bella, only just warmed up to me today after 3 days. She also jumped in my lap and basically flopped down on top of him and he was cool with it. With my old two cats there would have been so many hisses if any contact was made.

It's nice to have cats again for a while again.

    I like cats.

I had a bunch of them growing up. Now I'm allergic to them. I don't know what happened. It's okay though, 'cause I like dogs too. and I have some of those.

I miss my cat, its been a month but I still keep expecting to see her waiting for me when I come home from work, or to push my bedroom door open and jump onto my lap.

Wiet, that cat doesn't seem to appreciate the hat!

And Liiya, a friend of mine was telling me the other day how she woke up groggy one morning, sorted out the cat water, and only remembered that they'd both passed on when she found the cupboard empty. It must be an awful realisation :(

Sarah and I's cat Dinah is a total sweetheart. Loves scratching her scratch box, loves paper, loves getting pet or nuzzling up against you while you're playing videogames or reading, She is far from your typical asshole cat. She's just a perpetual kitten.

She sheds her fur like a motgerfucker, though.

I still feel this way eight months after my cat passed away, but it's becoming less painful and more of a fond memory. hang in there, I know it feels awful!

The great thing about dogs is that you can do what ever dumb stuff you want to them and they will just be exited you're playing with them.

My cat just walked up to the picture of Tankhammer's cat, meowed at it then looked affronted when there was no reply.

Yeah. Cats are too self-aware. They get all "Hey. Hey? Whoah, what? Stop! HEY! "*bite* *run*

Cats are superior to dogs though.

I like that they are independent, but still love you. They are like aloof furry people

Dinah's gorgeous. I can't believe Sarah found her in a shelter. They'd labeled her a TABBY too. I mean, really?

    She's clearly a Maine Coon.
