Were there ever any good dinosaur videogames? I mean besides the SNES Jurassic Park and possibly the Sega Arcade Light gun game. I remember most of the ones I played being shit. The somethingawful Trespasser walkthrough was delightful, but I don't want to actually play the game.

Yep yep, this is the pre-love thread for the series, I believe the UK gets it first, followed by an International release. Walking with Dinosaurs was pretty great, and I hope this follow up is just as good/better.

i remember there only being deinonychus and stegosaurus

the deinonychus were totally silent, small and FAST

bagging one before it got you was pretty herculean

I played a Jurassic park game, I think it original xbox, where you just had to build a park and fuck around. Man that was therapeutic just cruising around my dino fields, listening to the JP theme song

My 2 year old nephew got all my dinosaur models/toys from when I was a kid. He picked up the Allosaurus and said "Tee Weeeexth". I was all like "Nah nah, Allosaurus". He was all confused and shit. I grabbed the T-Rex from the box and showed him. "T-Rex... Allosaurus... T-Rex.... Allosaurus". He eventually got it, I was pretty fucking proud when he owned my sister for saying "Oh you like the T-Rex?" and he totally corrected her.
