the rat may get three advancements if he gets enough hits, 1 in Norsca, 1 in Troll country (automatic if Norsca) and now 1 for the boarder princes, but then again, he may get no hits :-p
Convocation in Norsca makes it impossible for HR to dominate there with one figure.
And I agree with Blah, nobody is double ticking this round and most likely he, pesky and I will be died with two tokens each. It's likely that each of Khorne and Slannesh will have a token but either one of them could get very unlucky and miss out on a tick. Probably not through.
So lots of guile, trickery and maneuvering for everybody to come out getting the same thing.
