Fountain Ink and Pens

So University has started for me and my stationary supplies as getting low. I use only Fountain Ink and their pens for my notes as thats what I grew up with and what I continually use. Ball pens are not for me as I don't feel comfortable using them. The stuff I brought from home is finishing and I can't find anything else to fill it except India Ink which isn't something I want to use. One of my pens is also starting to wear down due to use. I use Dollar brand Ink and have 4 Dollar Pens and 1 Parker Pen.
Does anyone know where I can acquire either Dollar Inks or other brands and fountain pens in Ontario that isn't that expensive? I have no problem paying $60 for a pen, but I rather use something that's cheap and can be replaced if I didn't like the handling of the pen.
Edit: Also these aren't Calligraphy Pens so please don't recommend those. They are not the same as a common Ink Pen.
