Also, is anyone else on the COD ELITE beta? Just curious if there's a PA group or what others think of the whole thing. It's nice to be able to see stats online but the only really boss detail is the heat map allowing you to see not just your kills and deaths but also what you used to kill someone and where both of you were when it happened.

Trying to get better by using heat maps is like trying to learn how to play a piano just by reading sheet music and memorizing what keys are what notes.
You could just play the piano and learn it that way instead.

Elite is not worth paying for if you have no plans to buy dlc. If you buy most/all dlc then it's exactly the same price you pay for dlc a la carte. I wasn't a fan of Elite when it was first announced but since it works out to the same price as buying a years worth of dlc I'm going to get it because I'm not going to lie to myself and think I won't buy all the mw3 dlc.
It's a little cheaper, actually. If you're absolutely going to get all of it it's the way to go, but if you weren't there's no real reason to. You still get your stat tracking and all either way though.

And my Xbox headset broke so I bought some Burtle Teach X12's, which are going to annoy the fuck out of me on Xbox cause my surround sound system is way better than anything you'd be able to get in some headphones, but I needed a headset for 360 and for PC so, oh well.

I can say those SAMs are going to be obnoxious as hell seeing as it volleyed like 5 shots at one UAV, and the Jugg seems to take a shitton of damage before they die which is good to see.
I'm VERY disappointed at the "Kill confirmed" voice actor and even more disappointed that there isn't a "DENIED" voice clip.

I still don't think there needs to be a VA for kill confirmed at all, it's not like people need to be told that they killed a dude/walked up to their corpse.
There were a lot of placeholder audio clips at the event, going so far as the SAS and Delta having the same announcer. So I'm not entirely convinced that bit's final.
