Having trouble trying to embed videos. Any ideas?

I did a search for help on how to embed videos on the forums but didn't find anything specific. Saw one thread with the same problem but no answers. I've got Win7 and IE9, but trying to embed videos from places like youtube doesn't work. Any ideas?

Sorry if it's something simple I'm just not noticing. I don't have much experience with this sort of thing.

Just paste the normal youtube link, the forum does the rest. Like so (quote to see what I did): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aP3gzee1cps
