Hooliganfr77 is a cheater. I just got out of a game where he went 0 0 0 in and could not be killed, along with that he was "assisting" me on every kill, even on the ones when I died (like it would list the enemy player + him). Anyone know a way to report a cheater to rockstar/live for bannination?
Nm found it. If you see him in a game, leave, so as not to get the taint of his "assists".

No its not a bug when he goes 0 0 0 and yet every kill I got he was tagged as an assist whether he was there or not. Especially when on the same team he'd be tagged as an assist in people killing me.

Oh and the people going 0-0-0 and being unkillable has been confirmed by R* as a bug - some sort of sync issue. Not sure about the assists part though.
Sorry for ingnoring all those invites, British Dave. Had a poop weekend and was pretty grumpy. Figured a competitive shooter with a group of people would be a pretty annoying time for all parties involved :P. Now, I'm on a crafting mines kick, and Dragon's Dogma comes out tomorrow so I probably wont play any Max Payne this week. Maybe this weekend I'll jump back in for a bit.
Also, the golden gun parts and clues are pretty easy to find. I've been clearing them on another campaign playthrough without a guide or anything. The only annoying bits are the ones with invisible timers like the night club. If you loiter too long in one area, you fail and have to restart the checkpoint. Also, if you look at the chapter select screen, for each individual chapter it will actually tell you what the clue is instead of saying "unknown clue".
Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.
I really enjoyed the multiplayer and cant wait to get more into it this upcoming weekend, was kind of swamped this weekend with family stuff.
I noticed a lot of people prefer to play Soft Lock playlists which is cool but most of the time feels really cheap as the opposing team can spawn camp and auto head shot you for days.
So... I've been playing low drift or whatever the auto assist playlist is called.
Noticing I'm getting shot in the crotch.

I see this too. I don't think dudes in the Soft Lock playlist realise you can still tweak your aim with RS. At the end of a match, with the whole "Your Kills" and "Your Deaths" thing, my kills will all be scattered around the upper upper torso/head while my deaths are all 100% crotch shots. It looks like a speedo made of bullet holes.

Also a general gun tip, don't pair a bull and a .38. The .38's firing rate is worse than the bulls and its range is abysmal, which means you'll fire less often and hit from less of a distance than any other pairing. Plus with only 6 shots you have to reload way too often and it leaves you hanging in the wind.

People talk in game? I'd say above all the things you listed fixing parties is much more important. Right now you have to spend like 20 25 minutes just getting all of your people together and not black listed or incompatible data'd.

It is a personal preference list, and I so far haven't encountered those problems.
But I've never partied up with anyone till today though. Some issues I have had is when I can't respawn or I'm locked on the "Dead" screen towards the end of a match.
And it's not so much "people talk" it's people leaving their mics on and not using them and they pick up feed back or the player has a persistent cough (but never talks) or other things. I'm guilty of it myself sometimes (I have a fan blowing on me that my mic picks up sometimes), but most of the time I don't have it turned on because that shit's annoying.
If I'm not playing in a party, I have my mike plugged in but no where near my ears. And parties unless they fixed them today are a pain in the ass to get working if you have more than like three people.

Any other pertinent information I should add?
- in game muting. You can apparently only mute people in the lobby and no time else.
- speed up matchmaking/level loads. This goes for both SP/MP.
- is there a way to fix getting stuck in the level geometry? I seem to get stuck on stairs/slopes a lot.
Other than those three things (in order of personal preference) I really enjoy everything about this game.
