But why is she naked?
And why is the dwarf more concerned with the nerdiness than the nakedness?
What program did you use? It looks like you didn't make use of layers so things are all overlapping.

man...that sword is reallly placed weird. Its very phallic...and with his mouth open....i'm not trying to be rude, but it took me no imagination to see this as some weird shemale fantasy role play thing....
Take it ya big Dwarf.

I guess it just came out like this. It wasn't intentional, but looks like it became even more of an adult comic.

1. The artist likes it, it makes him happy. Red headed chick with long flowing hair and nice tracks of land.
2. Dwarfs hate Lord of the Rings. I'm sure you can find that on the Internet. They also hate Twilight.
3. Cs5 illustrator with bamboo drawing pad.
It doesn't really seem like you are all that interested in improvement or critique? Do you have any goals you are trying to reach, can we provide you with feedback that you would put to good use?

No, not now.
What would you like to see humor wise in a adult comic? Really that is all the feedback I need so I can know what to cater to. Know your audience and all that jazz.
I thought about some penis jokes, and maybe something with an evil overlord.
I thought about some penis jokes, and maybe something with an evil overlord.
You mean like Oglaf?
Anyway, I'm not sure how to put it nicely, but I hope the message is carried across anyway: humour wise, I'd like jokes in an adult comic. And since it's supposed to be an adult comic, the jokes need to be either mature or completely absurd. Although I hope the absurd part is not "all attractive females are drawn naked for no apparent reason".
Also, although the rules around here are not to specific about it, if you're not looking for critique of the visual part of your art, it's best to post it in the Doodle thread.
Hope that helps.
I think there is a line at which you wont be able to post your work on the boards, even with the NSFW tag on it, if you go erotica. I don't really know where the line is though, I'm not a mod, just thought I would warn you.
Oglaf is probably the most popular and most interesting humorous adult comic I've seen. It combines great art and an updated sexual sensibility with very silly/stupid humor. The cleverness really carries oglaf, its just a little smarter than your average porn comic. If you want to hit that level, you probably need to refine your wit, just judging from this comic.
If your interested in a comic with an audience, You'll probably have to venture to improve your technical artistic skills, like it or not.

This forum really does not hold back, when it comes to saying what they want. So by posting anything, it does take some bravery to post work.
Thanks for your feedback.
I did some improvements to this based on some of the suggestions given and updated this comic on Drunk Duck. It is called Naked Chick Avenger, so if I didn't have a Naked Chick in Naked Chick Avenger. It would be like having no shark in the movie Shark Week.
People are free to give suggestions as long as they are helpful and not mean spirited.
If I've got it right, you're not the artist, correct? This forum is chiefly for critiquing art. We try and help out with writing a bit, but really if the person responsible for the art is not going to post in here then I'm not sure you're going to get much assistance.
We like for people to keep all their work in one thread, it keeps the forums from getting cluttered. You've posted before, but it might be worth your time to both read the rules, and some of the other threads in the forum, so you have a better Idea of what goes down on these boards.
I'm going to put a foot down soon with this thread.
This is not an attack on you, I think that you just misunderstand what the point of this forum is.
Artist's Corner is not a place to post work just to have people admire it. We're a community of artists who post work to get serious critique in the hopes of improving and reaching our creative goals.
We have to be strict about what sort of threads we allow to maintain the integrity of the community. Every "look at this picture I made" thread bumps a thread of a serious artist trying to improve off the main page. So naturally, you can imagine that if we allow anyone to just run in and post their work, it sort of discourages those artists actively seeking guidance.
Our community is small, but an absolutely incredible resource for artists looking to improve their work. And we want to keep it that way. There are literally hundreds of forums out there where you can post your work just to show it off.
This is not one of those.
So if you're not here to reach some sort of creative goal and get feedback in order to improve, you're in the wrong place.
It's nothing against you, not everyone really wants to improve, and that's fine. We welcome people to post in the doodle thread, or hang around and chat
but new threads like this are reserved for those who are serious about improvement.

Wow, you really haven't seen this place get mean spirited yet. The critiques have all been fair and balanced as far as I can see.
If you want fluff and ass-pats you best post your art elsewhere. The beauty of this place is that you receive absolute honesty. To give you anything less is doing you, and your progression as an artist, a disservice. You need to admit that you know nothing and crave improvement and you will find criticism stings a lot less.
Separating your ego from your work is paramount to artistic progression.

I'm sorry.
After reading your thread I am now serious about improvement. I am here to improve my work.
I respect you and everybody else in forum. Pardon me.
Are you building up your characters with geometric shapes? I'm noticing a lack of confidence in your line work.
Yes I am building them with geometric shapes. I'm using Illustrator from Cs5 and Bamboo Waccom Drawing pad. I am getting use to working digitally with a digital pen. Now I lost it, and it's bugging me to death. I love drawing the old fashion way. I feel that I must keep up with the times. (The Cs5 was on student discount for 80%!) I did the back ground first, then the figures and then built them up. I've heard that there are no lines in nature. I guess I should keep that in mind.
