Sure, though you'll need to talk a group into that before the game starts (lately as hosts we've mostly been grabbing a set of 5 players then letting them decide what they want to do, rather than imposing the game constrictions ourselves). A lot of players seem to prefer either all or none for the expert deck; you could look for an expert-OWC-only game.
Holy cow, I'm already #2 in the line of returning players. Now to decide if I want to shoot for first with 5 wins or if I want to shoot for a win with Khorne or the Rat.

No guarantee is offered as to just when your game will start, though you'll likely get into the next one since you are our only entirely new player.
I would be totally into trying Game of Thrones, if you don't mind a first time newbie joining. It does sound like first time players are caught unaware of a lot of the strategies, and I wouldn't want to throw everything out of whack for experienced players.
Why are people asking stever to host random games that are not CitOW in this thread? That would be better done via PMs, the board game thread, the Index thread, or threads dedicated to those particular games.
