Greatly Reduce Post Size

Hey, I just recently noticed that you guys dramatically reduced the allowed size of a post. I was curious if this was a permanent measure, or just a temporary one while you sort out whatever forum issues took down the forum last night. (Thanks for getting it back up, btw!)
