This is not a H&A topic because I know how to make it.
So who likes Udon noodles? I have mine with Calamari which is brought fresh from the local Chinatown because I shop there for everything. I heard it could be made with beef but I am not to sure that would taste good. I usually make a tomato calamari and fry it in a stir fry pan for 20 min or so. Its pretty good too. So what do you like to eat it with?
Have you eaten anything that does't have noodles or rice in it.
Yeah. I make a pretty good Mongolian Stew and Mongolian Boiled Meat with gralic and a few herbs. Its a pure meat dish though so either I eat it without any rice or I have it with vegitable like steamed corn or even broccoli.
Yes. I don't eat much of it, its to fattening. I don't eat at McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Harveys, Arby etc. I don't like food tasting like mush or that makes me sick.
I have tried Italian Pasta, didn't like that. I prefer the texure and taste of Egg Noodles. Italian Pasta somehow tastes all wheaty and grainy to me.
As for Grilling, yes I do that. Mostly Mongolian style or just smoke the meat.

I don't see what there is about an all-beef dish that makes it LESS fattening just because it's asian.

I cook what I can. I don't eat out much so what I learn I use. My Chinese Neighbor tought me some vegitable and rice dishes as well as duck. But I haven't had duck for so long. Peking Duck is the best and I can cook it pretty well. I have had Cornish Hens stuffed with Wild rice served with vegitables as well.
As for the fattening aspect, yeah it can be fattening if you eat 5 freaking servings in one sitting. I prefer one or two if I am more famished before I put it in the fridge to eat later in the week. The Average servings has 5 pecies of fat-free Lamb. The only time my Lamb has fat is when I am smoking it or grilling it. Then I indugle myself with it.
Guys what the hell there is an ignore list for a reason. I know it's cool and all to not like a attention grabbing weeaboo but really, you aren't helping.
I'll have you know that my father and his father are from Genoa, Italy and they are both crying over that post
I'll have you know that my father is from Twentynine Palms, California and his father is from somewhere in Arkansas and even they are crying over that post.

Italian pasta is made of wheat and grain
That was even my "Spanish name" in 8th grade Spanish.
I tried to get Chewbacca as my Spanish name, that wasn't allowed, so I found anotherword that ended in a vowel and that was my Spanish name.
It doesn't taste all wheaty and grainy.
Despite being made pretty much the same.
Holy Shit
Scrum!
LOL PASTA IS NASTY ^__^
