Having some BSOD issues...

I really hate recurring BSODs because I rarely know what the fuck is causing them, so I can never manage to work them out on my own.

Anyway, this incarnation of BSODs is one that seems to occur after an extended period of using my PC, usually late at night while gaming or after an extended period of keeping it running and doing stuff with it. I haven't been around to see if it's BSOD'd at any other times, so I have no idea about any different circumstances. It'll BSOD and give me an "uncorrectable hardware error" message, and then reboot about two seconds later before I get a chance to write any of the numbers down.

I've grabbed the contents of the minidump folder in my windows directory, since I believe that might contain some info that would be useful in working out what's going on here. As for other details, all my drivers are as up to date as possible, and here's my computer specs:

Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V PRO
HDD: One WD Caviar Black (1TB, 7200RPM)
One WD Caviar Green (2TB)
Sold State Drive: One Corsair Force Series 3 60GB
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600K EDIT: Overclocked to 4.8ghz but since it's watercooled it's usually running very cool so there shouldn't be any problems there.
CPU Cooling: Corsair H80
PSU: Corsair TX850v2 850w
RAM: Corsair 8GB (2x Vengeance 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: 2x Asus GeForce 560 TI - 2x259

minidump: http://www.sendspace.com/file/awz7hj

If there's anything anyone can suggest here (and hopefully it wont end up being that one of my hardware bits is busted, though I have a bad feeling it might be) or any other info I can provide just say, any assistance would be super appreciated!
