I've read up on the rules and such. If folks need an additional player for a game, I'd be interested.

Also, how do you guys communicate during these games? Do you play mostly via pms on this forum, or use the site interface?
I got banned from one of these online play deals a while ago for having the temerity to invite a buddy to a game, even though we weren't colluding at all

That sucks to hear Eat It. I suppose it must of seemed like you dudes had an alliance from the beginning. Perhaps your friend alluded as such to someone else, in a bid to show false strength? No way to know what went on, I suppose.
I'm fine with including communication via pms, along with the diplomacy site interface. I expect that I will be mainly using the game site for communication.
That said, I respect the will of the group, however they decide things should occur. (Unless the group decides I should be first to die, then fuck all of y'all :P)
it was a deal where he mentioned to somebody else in the game that we knew each other outside of the site; apparently this was something not-done on that site, and this third player reported it. Their rules, whatever, but it still seemed kind of ridiculous.
anyway it probably doesn't matter since everybody playing is from these forums

Also, I can no longer find the game by searching critical failures, so I'm guessing everyone has signed up. Please be a better game host than I am and remember to post seasonal updates for us peanut gallery types.
Try calling him to the thread with the @ command. He may not know he had to confirm for the game. And I don't know how to @ call someone who has a space in their name (myself included)
well, Pig failed to confirm in time. I think we give him a chance today and tomorrow to get on the ball. if he doesn't then we might have to let Cayrus in.

Yeah, it reset because you didn't confirm in time. It's a weird system, but I guess it's important in a game like this to make sure all players are committed.
