Played Jax today. Managed to get Gunblade, FoN, Atma's, Frozen Mallet, Ninja Tabi, Banshee's, Red, Blue, Baron, and all three 4 minute potions at the same time.
Considering getting Teemo after watching that spotlight.
Teemo is the most fun champion to play.
Great harass against most champs (he'll get manhandled by gapclosing bruisers, though), free 10 minute wards everywhere, solid 1v1 potential, and a global taunt.
I like the tanky dps build based around Madreds/Frozen Mallet, because of said taunt.

Looks like the runeborn Xerath glows green and Battlecast glows red.
You mean his energy inside? If so, no. I got the battle skin and he just has red plating and some pipes on him. New glow color would be so sweet.
Also a word of warning for everyone. I think Graves looks sweet, which means I may get him (especially if he has boss skins). This, in turn, means he is going to be pretty weak on release. It's just the way things are, I don't make the rules.
I just don't want anyone to get their hopes up.

Yeah, I mean, surrealitycheck is actually trying hard to win on AD Kassadin. You see his build? Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer and Bloodthirster? Those are actually good AD items.
I won't have any respect for him as an antitryhard until he goes 33-3-11 with just three longswords, boots 1 and 15 mana potions.

That pic is a good example of why I've started hitting tab to look at enemy items when buying defensive gear. I always though Ez was AP having never played them. There's lots of character that seem AP'y that are AD, or vice versatile.
It also allows me to see who's actually building items that are a threat. Yeah, they have fiddles, but he's sitting at 32 CS with a catalyst and a piece of chain. Don't think I need MR right now.

Three games as Skarner. Did pretty bad the first time because Jax went afk to do something because he is a kid and GOD DAMN KIDS. So he was underleveled the whole game and we got stomped for the most part. Second game I went 10-4-X and we just fell apart in teamfights and choked.

I like Xerath a lot, admittedly at lower level play mostly (27 currently). I like the description that a lot of people have given him of being heavy artillery, soften targets for team kills. That's not to say that he can't get kills, it's just that his sustained damage isn't all that high. Generally I'll try to sneak an E off on one of their carries, get to range, W up and unload from a distance. I've also had a lot of success murdering low HP runners with a quick W-Q.
Went something like 12/1/14 in a normal draft game with all PA 30s, so I was happy about that.
It's a person who insists on trying to win in unranked games instead of messing around and doing silly things like all AD teams.
Basically "It's not fair you guys beat us, we weren't trying to win so hard."
Also being 100% serious about the above all the time and treating it like it's more important than breathing clean air or drinking pure water.

Not really. I've thrown it about in blind pick when I say something like, "You know what? It's been a month since I played (champ). Maybe I'll play (champ)" and then I get to the load screen and see 5 top tier mains with hard CC with ghost / flash (except the jungle), and then we lose, when we could have won, or at least competed well, if we played 5/5 mains ourselves.
I like seriously competitive matches from time to time, I just don't like it when blind pick decides to throw together wildly disparate teams. It goes the other way too. I like close games, so when I go like 6/0 in laning with my main, I'm generally like :-/ unless I played well enough to deserve 6/0*.
* There are games where you stomp, but it's because you did absolutely everything right and everyone should view you with a combination of awe and happiness at your good play. My Trynd + Akali premade double assassin stomp was like that. We both went like 12/2 and 11/1 because we both played near perfectly individually and synnergized like soulmates the entire match.
Going to try him again, especially for dominion. Think I'm going to go sheen + Gunblade, Rageblade, turn the sheen into (Lichbane/Trinity Force).
If I like it I'll probably pick up skarner from IP. Not sure what to do with Runes/Masteries, though I can see defensive runes with 9/0/21 being pretty strong on him.

Fiddles can jungle without Smite but that just invite the other team to invade and/or it slows you down when your gank goes awry.
