They pick some party line, ensure it is disseminated to the troops via Fox, etc and bam.
Case in point, from 2009/2010 a bunch of footage of Republicans saying people should take to the streets.
Then the same ones saying the demonstrators are all liberals/progressives and are blocking the way for "Real Americans."

off the top of my head it seems like its copyright infringement using the same footage, probably violates that lady's publicity rights by using her likeness to "sell" something without her consent, maybe violates some sort of fraud or voter protection thing, and there might be political ad campaign laws/rules it violates
