Captain Atom is definitely going to be decent. He's an honourable and moral man, after all, and a bit of a gentleman. But he will still be very clearly hot and bothered by the thought of it! Selina is a hell of a woman, after all, and it's been a while for him!

i think originally he was probably known not that much outside of beijing

probably some photos and stories about him here or there but not that big of a deal outside the PRC

so i think i will slightly modify how he is introduced in 52


Hal Jordan is pursuing Evil Star across Eurasia

the Great Ten find out and are dispatched

Evil Star crosses the border flying low to stay under the radar, the Great Ten pick up the chase

except they don't exactly want Hal Jordan in their country, so they send their most powerful member to prevent him from crossing the border

so while August General In Iron and company apprehend Evil Star

Thundermind prevents The Green Lantern from entering China... and knowing Hal, he probably tried to enter pretty aggressively and fought Thundermind to a draw


maybe that, if it works for you as a backstory thing Saks

I like it, Thundermind is the perfect guy to send in to deal with another hero too. I mean he's powerful enough to hold off or beat almost anyone without beign tempted to kill them. You have my approval.

Nah, she said it would be easier if I stayed in regular Nathaniel Adam form, so I'm guessing there's some sort of Quantum energy detector in the building which will notice me. I wouldn't put it past Luthor to have such gear, especially after I made a bit of a scene with Mercy this morning! Besides, if it all kicks off I can just switch over and breaks some faces anyway.

You've got to figure Luthor has all kinds of gear in that place to detect superhumans. Two regular joes crawling around in an elevator shaft on the other hand...

well it's okay

i mean City of Heroes/Villains is undoubtedly a better game

but it is a game i would have to play on a shitty computer screen and not my television

is getting to fly through metropolis all awesome like

honestly a DC game needs little more than that for me to like it

so long as i can

a) fly around metropolis

b) thwart something occasionally

yesterday i flew my guy through centennial park

all hovering and checking out the superman statue

yessss

my favorite part of the game may be these little kiosks where you can do a self guided tour of metropolis

the kiosks of course feature the voice of Booster Gold telling you neat things about Metropolis

one actually made me laugh, it was in one of the parks

"I, Booster Gold, have found that parks are a great place to sit and wait for people to ask for your autograph! I always bring pens because you can never be too prepared."

The self guided tour of Metropolis does sound pretty great. Does the game have other cities? I mean can you go to Gotham or Central Cit? Or is it just Metropolis?

most of the game is metropolis and gotham which are the free roam areas

there are also smaller instances for pvp and group missions

set in places like gorilla island, khandaq, bludhaven etc

I think Booster is one of my favourite DC characters (I also think he's very much like a classic Marvel character in a lot of ways as well).

Who doesn't love Booster Gold? If DC was smart they market more of his merchandise. I would buy almost any product if you slapped Booster Gold on it.
