Is it faster for me to quest or just grind out dungeons?

questing, for sure. if you have enough rep with the guild you could buy the heirloom helmet & cloak if you wanted to make it 10% faster

Turns out I'm closing at my workplace tomorrow, so I'd be just about an 90 minutes late in getting home after that.

Something to note: You actually want a balance of parry/dodge so I'd recommend reforging some of your parry into dodge on parry/mastery pieces and any parry on the dodge/parry pieces into mastery.

Parry is easier to get thanks to the strength to parry conversion.
