What if the same sex love interest is Anderson or Hackett?

Actually, that might be amusing to hear Meer and Keith David sweet talk each other.

You should do back-to-back runs because Hale is great and chances are, if you're like the rest of us, you'll be playing ME3 over and over again and might not want to head back to previous versions for awhile, so you might as well get your paragon/renegade imports ready now.

Makes sense. I did a FemShep Google search to see what the results of that ME3 poll were, and also because I was curious, since my Male Shep (custom-made) is... endearingly hideous? I just don't like the way his mouth moves on his face, and I regret playing with all of the sliders, since it looks kinda poor in motion compared to other characters. What I found in my Google search is that I want the exact FemShep from this article... is this one of the pre-sets?

If there's gonna be upgrades to armor pieces, like "Armor piece 1" giving me 10% power damage bonus, and "Armor piece 2" giving me 15% and so on I already have a GotY.

I personally hope they steer clear of that myself.

Why? It annoyed me that in Mass Effect 2 as an Engineer I'd go for power damage and power cooldown bonuses on armor. As soon as I had them, which was fairly quick, I never looked for other armor pieces. Besides, the bonuses you got in ME2 were really small and unnoticeable. If I could upgrade armor pieces and increase those bonuses they'd actually make a difference and keep me going for credits/resources.

I would say that my main problem is having armor pieces that are clearly superior to others it that ends up offering you fewer option when it comes to character customization. Like yeah, you can wear the stuff you started with but you end up severely gimping yourself in the long run. The thing I liked about ME2 system was that I didn't have to worry too much about the bonuses I had on my character as much as whether or not I liked the look of what my Shepard was wearing.

That being said I wouldn't mind a happy medium where the combat boosts are a bit more effective. But, and I know everyone won't agree with me, I did like that ME2 has some balance to it and that on the higher difficulties even though your character is pretty much super awesome the game is still a bit of a challenge. So, while I don't think more substantial boosts would be bad I'd rather not see stuff like x2 power damage and so forth.

@GentleYahg not quite. Not all enemies have armor/shields like ME2 insanity. Better AI to make fun challenges.

different ones from last time i did vanguard insanity, which is really odd

MSV strontium mule went down super easy this time, but i had issues previously

Blue Suns base gave me a number of deaths, though

i guess it's because the spawning patterns leave the guys in the open. vanguard seems to work better against a group that's already in position, rather than actively moving.

EDIT: time to beat overlord, i guess.

Nah, that's not a preset. That's what my FemShep looks like, as a matter of fact, after toying with the sliders a tiny bit. It's just that the ways to make FemShep look non-hideous are very limited, so most people end up making a FemShep that looks like that.

The marketing guy recently said the femshep trailer will be out before release and would be "worth the wait," but that's also a marketing guy talking so it's not like he'd say "probably the worst thing we've ever made."

Marketing people are evil, yes. But I don't think just because the trailer isn't out yet that means its going to be horrible by default.

I'm hoping femshep will be piloting a reaper and cackling madly while she uses it to stomp on male shep. And she's not in the cockpit, she's saddled on top and controlling the reaper with just leather reigns.

The ME2 DLC music wasn't done by Jack Wall and some of that is pretty awesome, and the guys that did it are helping with ME3 as well so I have high hopes

Yeah. He scored Doom (the movie). So, you know. High hopes.
He also scored Moon, Smokin' Aces, The Wrestler, and Black Swan. And got a Golden Globe for The Fountain.
