Anyone know where I can sell stolen stuff? I'm in Whiterun currently.
Rifton is Thieves Guild proper. . .haven't been there - but I'm fairly certain you've got fences there. The only other option is to level thievery up so that you can sell stolen goods to anyone that will buy that type.
What skill lets you do that? I checked pickpocket, lockpick, and sneak and don't see anything like that.
I'm surprised there aren't more fences...I haven't even come close to Rifton yet.

Being a werewolf is fucking BADASS, and even though I never switch over for it, just having the active skill of being completely immune to all diseases makes things so much easier not having to worry about that part of things

welp, nude mods are already up at the skyrim nexus, that took longer than i thought it would.
How? The Skyrim Creation Kit hasn't been released yet, and neither the Oblivion or FO3/NV modding programs work...
just texture replacers and replacers in general seem to work so far, i just downloaded a mod that adds the announcement trailer instead of the beth logo opening. why? because i can. DRAGONBORN!!
there is also a slow levelling mod.
don't act surprised through, same thing happens with fallout 3 back in the day, a month and two before the geck was release people were editing, hacking and managing to make esp files no problem... though i am kinda surprised they havent released one yet for tes, they usually get one on release day.

At the first puzzle once you've had the ghost vision and get in the proper dungeon. There is a gate and on either side leading up to it are three tablets: they can be turned to snake, eagle or fish. I have no item in hand that gives a hint to its solution.
Nevermind. I JUST found it. Hallways is WAY too dark. Ugh.

Like Oblivion the books are about 50% good, 50% unedited trash. My favorite so far is the Real Bazerinah and The Autobiography of Bazerinah (totally butchering name).

I really like my lizard archmage. He's pretty damn cool. I had planned to make him a magic user that whacks people with a shield all the time, but he's really not playing out that way; He's basically morphed into a pure wizard with the occasional melee from Bound Sword. I'm sad because I wasted a perk on the first block tree, but that's ok. There will probably be some mod in the near future that will reset all perks. I don't seem impaired either, so no big deal.
But it's funny because I'm already thinking about my next character. Nord Artificer: Blacksmithing, Enchanting, One-handed, Heavy Armor (in that order of preference). Basically, I am going to craft everything if I can help it, and then rip people's faces open with axes.
Is there any reason for a Mage not to dual cast Destruction spells? Is it less mana efficient or something? Because I don't see the point in using two different spells at once when I can switch between dual casting things so easily with hotkeys.
So I'm trying to dualcast electricity spells but I can't seem to un-select the fire spell so it always ends up as one hand: fire and one hand: electricity
So where are some good Mines? As I'm getting higher and higher into smithing, the vendors just aren't selling the higher level ores/ingots, and eventually it's just going to get too expensive to purchase the skill levels.
I know I found a motherlode of Orihalcum once, but in general I've barely seen any mines.

You've never been able to do that. . .in ANY Bethesda next-gen game. There are spells that reduce your encumbrance though.

Put it in your root Skyrim folder. steam/steamapps/common/skyrim, something like that. It actually seems to have improved my framerate.
