It was flying around during the day, and it didn't mess with me. And since it was day, I didn't mess with it.

In morrowind for PC, when you picked something up, you could maneuver it and move it around. Is there any way to do that besides trying to smack things against the wall to get them to move the way you want?
I got a gold statue of a naked chick and I want to decorate my house with it.
FWIW, smithing is a very useful skill. When you have high smithing skill and can make [FLAWLESS] items, they're an enormous improvement over the base item. For example, a 16dmg elven dagger becomes 30dmg or so when flawless.
Yeah, I'm seriously considering putting perk points into it.

Press and hold E, that lets you grab things and move them rather than putting them in your inventory.
Ok I can talk about it then. I was just talking to one of the pilgrims when I hear ROOOOOAAAAAARRRRRR and I turn around to see my first Blood Dragon Dropping out of the sky to play with me.
Pilgrim just keeps sitting there while I show the big D who's boss.
Then I strutted up to the Greybeards and had to jump through hoops for them. Fuckers should have just looked out the window and watched me spanking a horror from ages past.

That's not quite what I meant! My issue is, can I rotate something that I'm holding without smacking it into things.
So just how do I get new shouts? I have two new words I found, and I've killed dragons and gotten souls... but no dice, still can't use those shouts. What gives? Is it plot related?

Have you actually unlocked the shouts?
Go into the menu and hover over a locked shout, somewhere on the screen it should say unlock and then give you a confirmation message about spending one soul.

Pretty sure I found a new shout in a dungeon somewhere, but there are some that are from the main quest line.

yeah you have to select the unlock option. The number of dragon souls saved up should be listed in the bottom right hand corner of the shouts screen.
Ahh this is ridiculous. Took me 35 minutes, but I beat the dragon, as well as the two giants, mamooth and bandit party that decided to get in the way of me kiting this beast.

Oh! Damn UI, that's not exactly obvious.

Archery is too fun. Taking out a bandit, 1 shot, from across a river without even being seen, and walking to his body to find that you got a headshot. So awesome.

This is weird.
got all 3 bits of the gauldur amulet but not sure what to do to merge the pieces
Has anyone besides me been to Mzinchaleft yet? Or could someone with the strategy guide maybe look it up and tell me what item I need to activate the mechanism in the final area?

I was wondering this too. Except I'm playing on PS3.
Unrelenting force, knocking books and shit everywhere, as I charge and ram my twohander into a mages stomach, lifting him off the ground, then throwing him down the stairs. This game fucking rules.
Is it just me tho are some of the kill animations way too fast? Like they're playing in fastforward. I dont mind being vulnerable for a second longer, as far as Im concerned if it kills me i was probably gonna die anyway.

Best. Game. Ever.
Jesus, the world is massive. I never get anything done and my quest log continues to grow as I pick up random tasks here & there and am almost immediately sidetracked by some cave or ruins or town or tower or Xp/Loot Delivery via Dragonback.
The 8 hours I spend at work, away from Skyrim, should be considered Cruel & Unusual Punishment.
They really make it worth your time to seek our crafting supplies and train up those skills, and the interface seems a bit better than in previous games.

I made a game! Hotline Maui. Requires mouse and keyboard.

The replayabilty of this game is going to be so good. I'm loving being sneaky archery dude, but this sounds so badass too. I'm already looking forward to my next playthrough.

Encountering dragons and then discovering that I'm in a place where tehy won't land to fight me is a pain in the ass.

Sneaky Archer is like cheating, I killed 4 people in a room without any of them spotting me and my Stealth is only like 48.
It's Pure Win.

I've been alternating Warrior and Thief signs to train up archery and sneaking.
I don't think it feels too abusive. Like yeah sometimes you can just murder 4 bandits almost risk-free.
But it's pretty common that you get 1-2 kills before you have to start kiting and dancing around 3-4 other thugs as they bum-rush you. Really like how it plays out.

Well apparently that was a blood dragon and it killed me so hard the game crashed.

I would say not.
On my trip up the most I had attack me was a frost troll.

I want to know more PA people on Twitter.
DON'T-FONDLE-ANDRASTE!
I have two of them!
I don't know if they do anything besides looking pretty but I want to get as many as I possibly can.

Oh. OH. You mean.
Oh.
Yeah not that I'm aware of. I am sorry!
...Maybe you could poke it with a broom?
This is what it feels like to try to position items.

I use it for all my wildlife murdering needs.
my whiterun axe ran out of gas a while ago and now it sucks
Not that I'm too bothered. Adda smash, don't need no puny magic to squash weaklings.

I had no idea the enchantments are randomized
Just like cool, a two handed weapon exactly what I didn't need.
Then I sold it.
I was wondering this too. Except I'm playing on PS3.
Dibella, rather.
I broke into her temple in Malaketh (? The westermost city) to see what the priestesses in there were up to :winky:
