whoa did I just see Stephanie Brown in this episode of Young Justice
What episode? Where at?
In "Failsafe", when you see what looks like a bunch of people hiding in the Batcave, the camera pans over to Alfred and there's two girls standing in front of him. One is taller, with red hair, and the other is a bit shorter, and is blonde.
That wasn't the Batcave, that was a stadium or something
And I don't think that's Stephanie Brown. It's probably either Wonder Girl or Arrowette, as they both went to a prep school in the comics. Although they couldn't use Cassie originally they said they got the rights later. But they've also said Arrowette will appear at some point
According to the Young Justice Wikia, it's actually Bette Kane
there are too many blonde teenage superheroines

Young Justice spoilers
Miss Martian is a white martian in the show, too. Looks like being _____'s niece is the Justice League's way of covering for teen heroes.
The White Martian thing would be better if they'd had talked about White and Green martians at all by now. But it hasn't been mentioned so for people that don't already know their history, it can't really be that big a deal

they'll probably explain about them in the same episode they reveal she's a white martian
maybe they'll lift the Hyperclan storyline from the comics and introduce them that way

hey chimera can I get opinions from you about transformers prime since we're talkin' modern CGI
personally, I think some of the animation is too smooth, the character design isn't the best, and the plots are occasionally boring
fight scenes own bones though
While I do like the texturing, particle effects, and most of the backdrops the character design is to big of a mesh from the movies and that horrid animated series that had the Indian professor who's daughter was really a transformer.
Some of the transformers have pretty decent character designs (like RC) but most are a bit annoying. The humans are too basic in my opinion.
I do like how much more mature the series feels, it seems they took this incarnation of the Transformers universe more serious. Bumblebee really should be able to talk though. That is INCREDIBLY annoying.
DID YOU FUCKING KNOCK TRANSFORMERS ANIMATED
A POX ON YOUR HOUSE
It really wasn't all that great.
Wasn't terrible, but its timeslot pretty much demanded that it pander way more than I liked, and they had to cut down on the more blatant violence.
All in all, I wanted to get into it, but the animation was too inconsistent, and the whole show was just a little too wacky for me.
Nope, sorry, TFA is the best TF since Beast Wars.

The character models definitely took some getting used to, but I like how they actually tried a different, less blocky style.

I honestly wish to send you one of the few pieces of transformers fiction worth a damn.
I will send you one of the best recent stories and pay for it out of my own pocket
Don't worry about it! I don't dig robots, like, at all
If I ever feel the need to get into it, I'll read some, but I didn't even like Transformers as a kid so I doubt I'll like them now

okay. I sincerely recommend Last Stand of the Wreckers with the fervor you'd recommend Locke and Key. I'm actually looking for that book, I want to read it, and I want to enjoy it.

But Locke & Key is really good
I might check out Last Stand of the Wreckers, then. Do I need to know anything about Transformers?

Only things that'd be helpful to know are that Megatron is thought to be dead at the time of the story, and there's a human woman named Verity Carlo who's had adventures with Transformers and human friends in the past.
You don't even need that info, I've convinced people to read the story without that info and they enjoyed it plenty. Everything else is designed to be able to be enjoyed by new readers and old ones alike. The writer of that comic, who's also going to be writing one of the upcoming ongoings, believes in the principle that every comic is somebody's first, so you should never try to make it alienating, confusing, or unappealing to new readers.

Okay, I'll give it a shot soon
Although if they didn't want to alienate me they should've made it about Batman

COBRAAAAAA..... *cough, hack, hack, cough*

space gods and genocide and energy crises
I would not mind that.
also apartheid, culture of an alien race, and the effects of a four million year civil war that spans a galaxy
It gets told too much
no more war, just political intrigue
I don't care about Transformers
You know this
not even fucking kidding
I will send you one of the best recent stories and pay for it out of my own pocket
he was a real threat, with that ring that held the power of an entire corps
then they made him into comic relief
he's even drawn kinda scrawny now, and in his first appearance he towered over hal
also where's the orange oath dammit
Don't worry about it! I don't dig robots, like, at all
