So I notice every night this thread grows by like 10 pages and you're all talking about pro matches and kpop, is this all on a unified stream? How can I get in on this majesty?
Between MLG, Dreamhack, GSL, and the upcoming NASL Grand Finals, November has been pretty stacked event-wise. There's always SOMETHING on, just head to http://www.teamliquid.net/ and look below the Calendar on the right for streams and upcoming events.
Hahah, I'm watching the KSL daily because someone said MC was playing. Cannons everywhere

it's basically the korean league, where all the best players (ie. koreans and HuK) play each month for a biiiiig prize pool
there are two divisions, Code A and Code S
Code A is essentially a qualifier tournament for code s, you attend the prelims. and qualify, then play a series of matches to either qualify outright for code s, or go into playoffs
- basically a feeder tournament for the real deal
the real deal being code s, which is pretty much the premier league/whatever it is other sports have of starcraft 2, containing the best 32 players in Korea (and formerly HuK), who then play a series of matches yadda yadda tournament format blah blah, it is also generally regarded as the most brutal of all starcraft 2 leagues - single elim, one bo.3 loss and you're out, and only the top 8 out of the 32 players are guaranteed a spot in next season (months) code s
the finals of code s this season are between Leenock (that adorable dude who won MLG Providence) and Jjakji, a relatively unknown terran who's probably just gonna get rolled in the finals, but ah well
sorry if you already know this stuff
nah i'm just kidding it's all kpop really
edit: also yeah go to http://teamliquid.net for a list of events that are currently occuring/will occur/is theoretically possible that it could occur

Man, the Japanese version has its ups and downs
the jeans during the pure dance segments are a clear positive, but the rest is so incredibly meh. While the pure dance version is very good, it just can't beat the "oh look we're all healthy girls having healthy fun despite being mannequins" in the original version
sooooo original version is best
plus you get a healthy amount of skinny jeans in the original version, except in lots of colors

Attero has apologised fyi for not making it to my scheduled lesson with him last night - he's offering a free extra hour of coaching and to reschedule later. I'll let you guys know when it is.

Protoss are starting to cart around multiple HT's in Warp Prisms. Plus it wouldn't be during battles, it would be between battles.
terran can't teleport anti air units and snipe warp prisms out of the air (edit - this was addressed)
I just feel like I'd rather be spending that gas on upgrades for my bio considering toss are getting upgrades super fast these days and with chrono you really need to be focusing on them to keep up.
I'm not even beginning to start saying that maybe they almost are in any way at all ever
but what are you talking about
I had to read this like 5 times to figure out what you were talking about.
Also, if MorroW doesn't draw TvZ, I bet he can qualify for up and downs. He's a fricken beast! Drives me nuts that he won't play ZvZ, it's so much more stable now than it has been in the past. Saying you'll offrace your mirror is like saying you never want to be a top tier player.
Also, you're right on the Ryung thing, can you believe the up and downs have 30 people?
There're some super sick players in Code A tonight, Genius, Inca, Boxer, July, DRG, etc.
I'd say Morrow is top 3 European Zergs (I rate Dimaga and Stephano just ahead of him and Nerchio just behind) so I think he could make it to the up and downs.
Don't Idra and Demuslim go directly to up and downs this season for some reason?

Has SotG been good? I haven't had time to watch and I generally don't bother listening. Considering staying up for it tonight. Anyone know who the guest is?

Steam ID
They have like 20,000 other unit combinations to try off of tier 1/1.5 alone
It has the highest resolution by far, I don't know what else is important.
morrow's in korea for 3 months to practice with NSHS, has a seed for Code A apparently, and also wcg
pretty cool, from the little i've seen of morrow's play he's been pretty damn good
I would go for the Japanese version if it weren't for the awful resolution.
Source: Watched all three in one sitting.
seriously
i see someone is getting a lot of zvz's today

1. Stephano
2. Nerchio
3. Dimaga
4. Morrow
I'd put Morrow above Dimaga if he actually learned ZvZ. I think you're underestimating Nerchio, he's a beast.
That's good of him

I think you'd explode Attero's mind, Mig.
He wouldn't be able to coach Dhal, he'd be too confused
Dhal will be super good at holding proxy hatches and spine crawler all-ins by the end of the session.
Link to recording if any?
