Computer/Gaming Glasses?

I know they sell them at PAX so I figured this was as good a place as any to ask - but has anyone ever tried using those Gunnar amber colored glasses they sell for PC/gaming use? I work in a dual screen PC setup all day and find that my eyes are sore daily and I get headaches fairly often. I have perfect vision (better than 20/20), but I do have slightly magnified prescription reading glasses just to reduce strain (but I don't always use them). I was going to go in and use my health account to have an eye appointment and buy some new reading glasses with some form of anti-glare tint, but if I can save the appointment and just order a pair of these and get decent results I might.
Anyone use these for any length of time (outside of just 10 min at PAX like me?)
