Finaly got myself a new laptop, done with using Ubuntu or MAc OS on a PowerPC every day; just want an easy Windows machine. Got a Toshiba E305-S1995:
    *500GB hybrid 7200rpm drive *Intel® Core™ i5-2410M processor, features a 3MB cache and 2.3GHz processor speed with Turbo Boost up to 2.9GHz *6GB DDR3 memory *14" TFT-LCD high-definition widescreen display with 1366 x 768 resolution *Intel® HD graphics, features 64-1696MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory

I know it's not a powerhouse, however certainly good for my needs. BUT the questions is, will it play anything like Fallout 3 and/or Oblivion?
I looked around online, and it seems to b a yes, but been out of touch with PC requirements so just don't know. Would just like it to run decent without any major issues. Thanks.

I just got a laptop with similar specs, and it can play Skyrim without any outstanding issues, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Great site for seeing what your video card will do most likely.

So it's not going to tell me my machine (and life) choices are wrong, and refuse to run? I left "PC Gaming" aound that time - think Tycho mentioned it not too long ago, about games requiring certain graphic or sound cards.

Yeah, I'd be happy with Oblivion, but if Skyrim works, even better. Thanks for the that site, sounds promising.
