Consistently just rockets ~10 supply ahead in the mid game for no discernible reason, when nothing has happened yet.
He puts a lot more Thors into his marine-tank composition than any other terran I've seen. That's a very fast way to pump out the maximum amount of supply out of your factory that you possibly can, plus it's also really smart against the composition he is facing.

the dreaded curse of not winning two $50k tournaments within a week of each other hehehe
Holy shit, someone just pointed this out on reddit.
You know how jjakji was spotting those burrowed banelings without detection in that belshir beach game? He was using those floating buildings to see where they couldn't land.
I think he actually had the game if he didn't lose those mutas. He took out that base and a ton of SCVs, stalled out the push, bought more time for his own upgrades. Throwing away those mutas was a finals-losing blunder.
My zombie survival life simulator They Don't Sleep is out now on Steam if you want to check it out.

Noob question, does the building needs to be there and attempt to land to tell if it can, or can you just float something at base/anywhere on the map and hotkey press land to instantly spot anything burrowed where you have vision?
No, it doesn't need to be there physically but you do need to have vision of the spot for the little red squares to pop up. So what you can basically do when your army is moving out is to bring up the land shadow for a building that is in the air and continually hold it in front of your moving army as it's moving to spot if there is anything burrowed in front of it, and if there is just quickly press the hotkeys to scan and your army should be set to attack move and should automatically target down the burrowed units.
Hoz on

Question for you guys:
The kind of promotional videos we do for RitB (not just the new ones, the ones from last year too), would you guys like to see other tournaments use stuff similar to this (like trailers in general) or is that something you don't really care about?
If they behave like cc's, yes it needs to physically begin the landing animation on a baneling.
No red dot, it just cancels out the landing animation early.
It doesn't even work like that for CCs. They would only try to land on burrowed units if you set them to do that while that space was under fog of war.
Nope, I was wrong. Just tried it out. No red spot if there or not there. Has to attempt the land. I think my memory of the situation was warped by the fact that I'm always trying to land the CC just as I scan and the marines are killing the zergling, so it shows the red spot.
OK I'm back.
Wow sounds like GSL finals were a bit op?
A good 20 or so of you gave birth it sounded like If giving birth means you type a lot on the internets. ^^'

Weird, I actually kept thinking "turnout seems unusually low" whenever they panned to the audience.

this is the audience, so i dunno
they seemed louder than usual, maybe they were in a smaller space?
Does anyone know where I can find a hi res version of my avatar.
E: Nevermind I eventually found a sufficient one.
