I got an HTC Sensation in October and LOVE it. I use it heavily every day. Because of this, I made sure to get a case on it and a screen protector professionally installed (I watched the guy do it) the very next day after I got it.
A couple weeks ago I noticed a small yellow spot on the screen while I was reading on my Kindle app. The spot is in the lower left quadrant of the screen. It is underneath the screen protector. Also, that area of the screen feels a bit "hot" to me. It is worth noting that it is on the same level as the charging outlet, but it's a spot that is a few centimeters away from the outlet itself, it's not like it's right on the edge of the screen across from the opening.
The spot doesn't bother me that much and I'm not interested in being all "it's only TWO MONTHS OLD why is it BREAKING" but I want to know if it's something I need to be worried about, like spreading or is it that I damaged it somehow? I can't guarantee that it there wasn't a pressure point at that very spot, but it seems a bit unlikely at the same time. Googling doesn't come up with much results (at least not for the Sensation).

Get it replaced under warranty. Even if it was pressure that caused it, it should be covered as long as you don't say "Yeah I totally crushed the phone somehow." Also, as long as it's not water damage.
