So I work at this game store in Bellevue and because of our location, we will recieve games traded in from Microsoft employees. These games will have the large sticker on the front where their employee number is supposed to go. Apparently, someone came into our store and told the owner that he has to CUT the stickers from the cases. However, it leaves an ugly apperance on the front of the case. The father of the owner, who hangs out in the store because he doesn't believe girls should be working by themselves, told me this. I tried telling him that I will not do this to the cases, because my fear is that people will not buy the game because of the now damaged case. His engish is not very good and he tells me not to worry about it like Tommy Wiseau from The Room. Very annoying, especially since he really doesn't know much about video games.
Please, is there any way that I can remove these stickers without damaging the case? Would goo gone or a hair dryer work like it does on store UPC stickers?
Thanks
