Domestic travel pet service Canada / unaccompanied?

Looking to get a cat domestically from one city to another in Canada, I think by air.

The cat isn't in the best of health, and needs a service performed only in another city.

No cargo travel. I wouldn't do that to a healthy cat, let alone one moreso at risk. Cabin only.

What I'm looking for is either an established service or network or community of willing volunteers to be the cat's escort whilst they are already taking a given trip. I'd pay the pet fee, maybe some other money as a thank you for just looking after it from security checkpoint to arrival.

Ideally one of the family or a friend would take her, but that's another $450 round trip to transport the person too. There is family in both cities.

Last resort might be something like Craigslist, maybe find someone with a heart / cat lover willing to do me this solid.

Any ideas?

    Wouldn't it be a good shot to shout out to SPCA and see if they've got anything up their sleeves? I'm sure the question of travel at least has come up before, not sure about transporting sick animals.
    Best of luck though D: I love kittens ;-;
