From what I understand, the only reason our current shipbuilding schedule is as high as it is, is because we're gonna start pumping out Littoral Combat Ships, which from what I hear, aren't all that good due to having too many roles. So expanding our shipbuilding to 15 would be...not good, unless we increase destroyers and subs instead.

But I really think this debate might be the start of a surge for Ron Paul. He's the only one talking sense on foreign policy, and Gingrich is shooting himself in the foot.
