Guys, I am loving Max Payne so much (now that I got the sound fixed). It makes me sad I haven't played these games before now. It is like a John Woo movie with snowy Big Apple bleakness instead of exotic Honk Kong glamour. You know, come to think of it, if that John Woo's Stranglehold game ever made it to Steam I'd probably buy it in a heartbeat.
In other news, as a reward for joining the holiday sale group, I got...a 50% off Drakensang coupon. Drakensang is actually on my wishlist, way down there, but since it's still not useable until after the sale is over...
Edit: Wait, no, it's the second Drakensang game I had on my wishlist, the first one apparently I didn't even think merited that much consideration.
Edit again: OK, so after watching some more gameplay of Stranglehold maybe I wouldn't buy it after all...

It should be noted that when playing Payday, although the music is great, custom music can sometimes fit it better.
I robbed a bank the other day, while listening to Blue Monday by New Order, really worked, with the drum machine kicking in as we pulled the guns. Made me think I was taking part in an 80s heist movie.
Does Payday have president masks? I really don't think I could get into a heist game without president masks.
Not yet but they are coming. Nixon mask is confirmed to be in the incoming DLC or patch. If there isn't a president obama mask I'm going to rage.
edit: my favorite mask so far is chains' dinosaur mask. I want more of those so bad.
The only real problem is Chains is the only one with a Dinosaur mask
I mean what the hell, his BEEEF mask is so much better than the other ones it's crazy
EDIT: Hahaha ok no, if Steam really wants to troll me for when I break my Coal streak, it'll be a coupon for a shitty fucking Dejobaan game. I'm dead sure of it. Also up to thirteen coals.
