Year 1, Winter - Order Results!

    The Red Panda:
    1. Build Room
    2. Dig Tunnels
    3. Recruit Imps

    The Yellow Dog:
    1. Mine Gold
    2. Improve Reputation
    3. Build Room

    Green Grinch:
    1. Mine Gold
    2. Recruit Imps
    3. Buy Traps

    Tayrun the Mighty:
    1. Build Room
    2. Mine Gold
    3. Hire Monster

Get Food : I. II. III.
Improve Reputation: I. The Yellow Dog II. III.
Dig Tunnels : I. The Red Panda II. III.
Mine Gold : I. The Yellow Dog II. Green Grinch III. Tayrun the Mighty
Recruit Imps: I. Green Grinch II. The Red Panda III.
Buy Traps : I. Green Grinch II. III.
Hire Monster: I. Tayrun the Mighty II. III.
    Available: Witch, Ghost, Ghost
Build Room : I. The Red Panda II. Tayrun the Mighty III. The Yellow Dog
    Available: Magic Room, Chicken Coop

    Questions:

Which Combat Card (1-4) will The Yellow Dog peek at? Card will be revealed via PM. (Hint: always look at #1 first)

How many tunnels is The Red Panda digging, and where does he want them?

How much gold are the miners mining for? Tayrun the Mighty must appoint a foreimp to supervise, regardless of how much gold he mines.

What monster (or Ghost) will Tayrun the Mighty hire?

What room will you build, and where will you place it? The Yellow Dog has first pick, Tayrun the Mighty gets what's left. Sadly, The Red Panda only gets to build a room if at least one of the others passes.

These are technically supposed to be done in order, but it really shouldn't matter, so go ahead and respond. If anyone decides for some reason to not execute an order they've chosen (probably not), please say so.

Send out all three of my imps to start mining.
Buy both imps with some food.
    Get a trap.

  • blahmcblahblahmcblah You pick your side and you stick - you don't cut and run when things get ugly. Registered User regular
You're on space I. of Recruit Imps, so you only get 1. Everything else is good though. I'll send you a trap sometime tonight.

All my imps should mine. Hire the witch. I'll take whichever room His Putridness decides against.

Whoops, was reading that backwards there.

    I will...
    Mine with 2 imps...
Improve my reputation in the local community by being a faithful watch hound for the local village (And spying a bit, at card 1)
Build the Chicken Coop... like this...

The second event, coming up in Summer, is Pay Day! As a reminder, this means the last event of the year will be Tax Day. And we've got Title Envy coming up right before adventurers get assigned this season. I wonder if anyone will win a shiny new Paladin?

Play order is as shown above.

Time to get some dirty deeds done, possibly on the (dirt) cheap!

    Questions:

Which monster will you hire? The Yellow Dog gets first pick in exchange for a food.

Which room will The Red Panda build, and where will he place it?

Will Tayrun the Mighty be using his Magic Room? I will assume that all other production rooms (with the exception of the Printing Press if someone builds it) will be activated if the imps are available, unless the owner specifies otherwise.

I should mention that it's fine to send me conditional orders. Examples: "I don't want to spend any gold this turn, so I won't execute Get Food or Buy Traps unless I get them for free." or "Troll > Slime > Ghost"

    blahmcblah on

    So... I will
Hire an imp for a food (2 left)
    Get a free trap
Hire the Witch (0 Food left, +1 Evil)
Then use my Chicken Coop to get +1 Food

    Think that is everything...

  • blahmcblahblahmcblah You pick your side and you stick - you don't cut and run when things get ugly. Registered User regular
Somehow I got it in my head that you had the Magic Room and not the Chicken Coop.

    Updated Questions:

Which Combat Card (1-4) will Green Grinch peek at?

Which monster will The Red Panda hire? Choices are now Goblin and Vampire. Green Grinch gets the other (if he wants it).

Which room will The Red Panda build, and where will he place it?

Will Tayrun the Mighty be using his Magic Room?

  • admanbadmanb unionize your workplace Seattle, WARegistered User regular
    I'll take the vampire.
I'll build the imps > trap building in the top-right corner.
Then I'll use that building to get a trap.

  • TayrunTayrun Registered User regular
Of course. And I'd like to watch.

  • blahmcblahblahmcblah You pick your side and you stick - you don't cut and run when things get ugly. Registered User regular
Ok, I guess I no longer want to know how you became "The Mighty" after all.

Just need to know which combat card @Capfalcon wants to see. And I guess he's taking the goblin (unless he decides not to).

If the game were to end right now, The Red Panda would have three exclusive titles (Lord of Dark Deeds, Tunnellord, Lord of Imps), and no one else would have a single title to themselves. And were this the end of the game, that would be a lot of points. But as it is, we're only assigning titles for Title Envy, so all The Red Panda gets for his trouble is a Paladin knocking at his door.

I hope everyone likes their new adventurers. If not, don't worry - you'll be getting two more! Pay Day is just about here, and I will assume you are paying your monsters unless you say otherwise. Watch out for Tax Day next season.

I have no idea why I didn't mark start player (unspoilered) for the previous two seasons, but it's there now. Also, please feel free to make sure I got everything right.

    Go forth and do!

    Available: Slime, Goblin, Slime
Build Room : I. II. III.
    Available: Tool Room, Mushroom Bed

    Questions:

Which Combat Card (1-4) will The Red Panda peek at?

How many tunnels will The Yellow Dog dig and where will he place them? How much gold will Green Grinch mine for? Tayrun the Mighty is digging tunnels at 2,2 and 4,3, then mining for two gold.

Tayrun the Mighty is hiring the Goblin, so Green Grinch and The Red Panda each get a Slime, if they want.

Will Tayrun the Mighty be using his Magic Room? I will assume the answer is no, as he would then be unable to pay his monsters on Pay Day.
