PA postcast? and podcasts on iphone

two part question, one.. whats the best podcast app for iphone? I want one I can subscribe to podcasts so they auto download when new ones come out, and can resume play after closing the app.
part two.. does PA still have a podcast? I had subscribed to it with my android phone but the podcast app was horrible and i'm not sure if it just stopped showing me updates or if they stopped.

    PA's podcast hasn't been going for a pretty long time now. They've pretty much replaced it with PA The Series
