how do you rotate through a selection of wallpapers
the option is built into windows 7, which makes me think you have an older operating system? in windows 7 you can just put all your wallpapers into one folder and then choose that folder as a slideshow.

Exactly, you can create a theme with multiple wallpapers.
Now personally? My work PC has a 16:9 and a 4:3 monitor, so Win7 screwed up displaying most images unless I custom edited every one to fit the aspect ratio. To solve this, I purchased DisplayFusion. Now, it automatically adds any pictures I add to a specific folder to my rotation, and it will fit the image in such a way that there are no black borders (even if that means cropping the edges pretty heavily). What's more, I have it set so that my lock screen is my desktop wallpaper, so that changes as well.

Download rainmeter. Click that link and download the skin/wallpaper.
Load the skin and drag the different things to where you want them on the wallpaper.
Edit the weather skin to include your yahoo weather code (yahoo weather, look up your zip code, click on "extended forecast" use the three letter then series of numbers code in the url. )
Download taskbar eliminator and rocketbar if you want to completely replace the start bar.
text rainmeter skins are no different in their setup than any others.

I thought someone had photoshopped a Predator into that image. But it's just a statue.
Now I wish I had photoshop so I could have a Predator standing on that pedestal glaring down at Matthew.
I might through that in my folder!
