In case anyone is interested in getting any of the older Sonic games that are on sale, note that the original save system doesn't work in them and the only save option is save states. That kinda sucks in the case of Sonic 3.

Slowly, but surely, working through what I have installed. The bitch is when I go down the list and see Dead Space, Vice City, and Freedom Force next. Does the asteroid portion of Dead Space stop sucking at some point, or is it continually a bitch? That's the only one that even SEEMS doable any time soon.
EDIT: Also, why does Steam not track achievements offline? It's not a big deal, but it's annoying as hell to have the first two achievements and then Lunacy unlocked in Portal 2.

I'd only trade it to someone you are friends with, if you have any items in TF2 and someone arbitrarily sends you a request be weary. I've played with the gents from PA and most of their trading discussions are in that sub thread. Bill's hat, Mac Earbuds and the two hats from the holidays are the ones I'm constantly pestered about.

Speaking of Payday. I had the most insane run last night with Hula, Magus and... Oh shit... who was it? I'm blanking.
Anyway, Magus and Hula were imprisoned as we were entering the Vault on Diamond Heist. That left the two of us pinned down in the vault, so we decided to wait for Bain to hit the lower pad so we could make a dash for it.
He never did.
Waves and waves of cops died as we waited, eventually down to our pistols. We even got the waiting for the helicopter cheevo to pop. Eventually though, despite helping each other up dozens of times, the third? cloaker to breach our perimeter finally did us in.
Generally if you get randomly abused for a TF2 item it's someone that thinks you probably have no clue what it's worth in Hatspeak and trying to get it off you before you do.

After the bundle blitz in December, it feels like it's been ages since we've had a bundle.
I feel relieved that the last few weeks of sales have either not interested me much or I own them. It's a nice feeling. Only things that have tempted me have been some of the new releases.
Also, damn it the DLC is just a pinball stage and the newly added titles aren't on sale. That's all somewhat of a letdown.

Downloading the demo. I haven't played a 3D Sonic I've enjoyed, but Generations was appealing for obvious reasons. If it's decent, $7.50 is hard to argue with.
