Anyone tried/heard any opinions about this Unstoppable Gorg thing? I like the look of the whole 'live action 50s sci-fi movie style cutscenes' business, but what's it like as a game?
Sonic 4 would be great if it had the physics of an actual Sonic game, as opposed to whatever batshit system Sega came up with for it.
Luckily, if there is one thing that the Sonic community is not short it it's modders, so maybe we'll see some interesting stuff come about now that Sonic 4 is on the PC.
I just catagorize all my games by genre, with a catch all "Other" for games that I just CANT quite put into one of the catagories I already have, but don't have enough of the genre to warrant their own.
Hmm...don't think I'll get Sonic Generations, even at $7.50. Maybe I'm just getting old, but the busyness of the graphics made it too damn hard to follow for my eyes in the "classic" stage, and on the modern stage, just like every other recent Sonic game I barely feel like I'm even playing it. I'm just along for the ride and hitting a button now and then.

You can check the PA Coupon Spreadsheet, but it looks like someone fucked it up and changed the order to percentages instead of alphabetical.
Does that count as "fucking it up?" It's easy to change the sorting method - just click the head of the column you want to sort by and go to Data->Sort sheet by....
I put it back to alphabetical by column A (publisher/game) anyhow, since that does seem slightly more useful.

Also, damn it the DLC is just a pinball stage and the newly added titles aren't on sale. That's all somewhat of a letdown.

Downloading the demo. I haven't played a 3D Sonic I've enjoyed, but Generations was appealing for obvious reasons. If it's decent, $7.50 is hard to argue with.
Personally, I'd put it as best Sonic game since 3. It's not a long game, but it's fun and replayable. The classic stages are very Sonic-y, and the Modern ones finally do the speed rush thing right (I'm in love with Rooftop Run modern, myself). They are appropiately fast, but not in autopilot.
Which reminds me, I need to see if I can get a decent time in Crisis City modern one of these days.

Have started scratching out a meagre living as a cleaner of solar arrays. I make 10,000 credits for each solar array cleaned. It's not much, but it's enough for now.
Stardate - 2
I upgraded my ship today! From a small fighter engine, to a top of the line high-speed one. This thing eats fuel, but I can go from ground level to space in 5 seconds with this, compared to about 20 before.
Stardate - 3
Ah. I appear to have messed up big time. When upgrading my engine, I negated to upgrade my fuel tank. As a result of this, and forgetting to refuel between missions, I am now drifting through space at a speed of 3811 MPH. I have no fuel, so cannot jump back to the space station, and I do not have enough to even turn my ship around. I flew past the solar array I was meant to clean a few minutes ago. This will not end well.
Mashes up Tower Defense and an RPG basically, demo is pretty huge and fun. Hoping it sees a broader release beyond just its' homepage though.
Screw you man, its not like didn't have enough to play.
I saw a screenshot and thought it looked stupid but fuck this is fun. The demo goes on awhile too, you get a really good taste of the game. I'll probably buy this.

Then he immediately started asking for my TF2 items and when I told him no he cussed me out and dropped off my list. I didn't know it was a thing that happens to others though.
