I flew under the highway sign from a steep dive in order to escape a lock. If you miss that by even half a meter sideways, you will die instantly. Plus I skidded the wheels on the road then just bounced back into the air.

Last time I asked this the game was still relatively new and people were uncertain, so I thought I'd confirm: does spotting in an MAV give other players doritos on their screen for the marked targets, even if they don't have LOS to the targets themselves? This is what I've been assuming, but if so, some of my teammates the last few days have been real morons.
A spot with the MAV works exactly the same as a normal spot. You only get the Dorito with LOS to the target. The MAV also works as a TUGS so anything above or below it that is moving will get spotted on the minimap, even if the MAV is parked in a random spot and you're not actively flying it.
Rebind F-35 hover and separate it from the normal break key
At default(in-game), Hover and Light Brake are both assigned to the 'S' key while the Heavy Brake is inaccessible. Simply change Hover to unassigned and bind Heavy Brake to a key of your choice.
The Heavy Brake works to slow the aircraft down to ~100(the default light brake brings it to ~200), and for the F-35 works the same as Hover so there really isn't a need for a seperate Hover key.
You can also tweak some hidden graphics settings to disable things like Dx11 and set shadow map resolutions which give a significant boost at the cost of some very minor cosmetic changes.

El Alamein was a big one used for DC if I remember correctly. Forgot just how big some of these maps were. I miss good ole BF1942.

I think we were on opposite teams Mink and I have the rabbitduck tag. I also was stabbed a lot. Must have been me (the one stabbed of course). Still don't know how I did a combo-breaker on Dug stabbing me in the neck though. Those tags are sweet, like money.
I've been trying to run recon as of late. Shotgun plus MAV seems a bit OP. Yeah I feel shitty I cant heal/revive or deal with vehicles. But I can absolutely lock down an area. Plus there is just something amazing about flying from point to point, spotting enemies on the way to prepare myself to make the same trek on foot. Is there any assault rifles you unlock for all classes? If so...running recon with one would be super awesome.
Also how is the M39 EMR? Does it work as a run and gun type?

Ah. I should probably try out the semi-auto rifles, I havent even touched the MK11. For some reason, unless its bolt action I just panic and send shots flying all over and hit nothing. Semi-auto + 4X scope might suit my style.

I've discovered the EMR can be pretty effective at <30 feet with the laser attachment, just hipfire like a bawse.
or it can be a pretty good fire support weapon with an acog and the suppression perk, though I do often get outsniped by MP7s.

and for things like the acog EMR, the dot is like 15mm lower and to the right than the crosshair but the bullet still seems to hit where the dot is.

The only thing that ever was weird was ThatGuy was talking one night about how admin's having procom open can screw with the server lag. They all closed it and it was instantly better that night. But that was a bit back and everyone was having issues during.
