I'm in the process of the updating a design document, and I would like to give it some new features. I talked to Houk, who actually works in the game industry, and he recommended moving the page numbers to the bottom of the page and adding more details at the top. However, I'm not sure how to do this. I'd be happy setting up a formula like "Last Heading 1" - "Last Heading 2 or 3," or even manually creating something per page, though obviously that's a last resort. Does anyone have some experience with details for Word like this?
Also, speaking of the design document, doesn't anyone else have some experience with that professionally? I talked with Houk and Jeffe, but I appreciate anyone else able and willing to read a hundred sixty pages or so and offer constructive advice.
