Santorum wants to treat gays with respect and dignity. But not give them any rights under the law.

He is clearly extremely uncomfortable with "homosexual acts"

Santorum manages to not come out and explicitly say that he is a homophobic bigot.

So we get stiff once in a while. So we have a little fun. What’s wrong with that? This is a free country, isn’t it? I can take my panda any place I want to. And if I wanna buy it a drink, that’s my business.

Term limits are a terrible idea. All they do is concentrate power and influence in the unelected lobbyists.

Union Leader also hates Romney. There's an op-ed on the front page that says Romney may be the WORST (yes, in all caps) pick.

EDIT: Suffolk tracking poll shows Romney 35, Paul 20, Huntsman 11, Gingrich 9, Santorum 8.

The only reason we have such low unemployment in ND is because their is a mini boom in oilfield jobs in the western part of the state and because we didn't get hit quite that hard in the recession.

The Union Leader is the largest paper in the state and very very conservative.

    On that quiz I got: Obama 73.4%>Huntsman 46.8%>Gingrich 40.1%

Why do Libertarians hate Woodrow Wilson?

From speaking to my friends who identify themselves as Libertarians, they hate Woodrow Wilson because they cite him as the president who officially "sold the country" to "the military industrial complex" and "the federal reserve".

None of them have ever been able to explain this in detail to me beyond Wilson's farewell speech in which he warned about the dangers of a growing Military-Industrial Complex. I'll admit a substantial level of ignorance on the issue, but they certainly haven't helped to inform my position beyond "Trust us - Wilson was evil!".

I have a personal problem with it, because my middle name is Wilson - it's a family name that began at the time of Woodrow Wilson's inauguration.

Hide your feathers on the back porch, baby!
He's coming home; for you've been such a liar.
