Nope. She worried about Wrex and Liara, but she was cool with Tali. Liara, it was mainly because her mom was one of the big bads, and Ash's family history meant she didn't think someone could hide stuff like that from their kid.
And Wrex, much as we all like him, is kind of an odd choice to let on the ultimate prototype secret spaceship.

It's a story about why the Council will leave humanity out to dry. The council is the hunter, the bear is Geth or Rachni or Batarians or Reapers, and humans are the dog.
The hunter (the council) likes the dog (humans or other species not on the council) a lot. But when a bear (massive threat) comes along, they will toss the dog to the bear to buy a little more time.
The dog, therefore, should not count on the hunter when bears attack.
