I certainly understand it is frustrating to not have the patch notes yet, so I will shed some light on exactly what happened.
We found what was considered a blocker bug that would severely impact many players enjoyment of league of legends, so rather than pushing the patch live and causing lots of players to have a bad experience, we wanted to fix the issue before it went live.
Here is why the patch notes aren't out yet:
We are preparing two different patches for everyone, one with everything we had planned to go out and one with several things stripped out of the patch. The first option is what we hope to go with if we can fix the blocker bug quickly, while the second option is what we will use if we can't fix the issue quickly.
The patch notes aren't out because we haven't commited to using either patch yet.
They had 4. I ended up as wukong because of some weird shuffling around of picks and at one point Sauron (Morde) cast children of the grave on me and died. A reviving pantheon jumped back in and finished me off and then Sauron freaking revives and look at that he has a ghost of wukong ready to assault our points with.

He has a ranged stun. Really, the discussion should end there, but for the sake of completion, if the enemy team lacks coordination (and most do) Sion can completely and utterly dominate 2v1's and 3v1's as AD. Once he has a zeal+Iedge his ult is a free I win button if the enemy team doesn't have the sense to either save their ignites (or buy executioner's callings) for when this happens, or chain their cc's so he isn't critting people for 500 damage and lifestealing 50-100% of it at a >1.5 attack speed. And even that last one is easily remedied by the Sion just buying a QSS and running cleanse and just being a giant prick. Or he can go AP and do DFG/lichbane and burst someone down solo. And even if they do have a lot of CC AND ignites kicking around, it's not like tank sion is bad either. Get a ton of mileage out your W while easily sitting on 150 AD with no damage items and still having a ranged damn stun (and it goes without saying that fratma's is plenty fine on him). He is ridiculous and has been for months and every time I play a game where he isn't picked or banned I sit around in shock. He was better than jax back when jax was considered an auto-win.

He is the hyperest of hyper carries on dom though and once he finishes zeal+Iedge it's over unless their team has their shit together. In terms of SR, the ap build is perfectly viable, doing pretty decent burst but more importantly, it just clears creep waves like nothing which, along with the stun, makes him a relatively safe lane.

That's on Dominion.
On SR, it's metashifting and the fact that he matches up well vs popular mids due to his burst and farming ability.
So I queue up for some ranked and am captain with some ruskies, and have the best damn game of LoL I've had in a long time. Team communication, sharing the burden of wards, roaming and ganking and trusting each other, babysat as vayne by this wonderful Soraka and we end up winning something like 40-5.
Was watching one of the older champion spotlights and oh god are these terrible.
Like on the Cass one you get to watch him derp in jungle just so he can explain that she can't jungle.
Yorick remains the all time most embarassing one, I remember that came out a few days after he did amongst jokes that it took that long for Phreak to have a good enough game to make him look buyable. And even then all his kills are taken after other champs do all the damage or he dies getting them.
Maybe it's the same with this new guy!

My favorite was Karma's. The GP fight was just comedy gold. She was a few lvls above him, he ults and just runs circles around her doing his best to die without fighting back and even then Karma only barely gets out alive.
Last night, I learned one of two things. I'm not sure which one it was.
a) AD Bruiser Nidalee is a bad choice for your AD Carry.
b) I'm not very good with AD Bruiser Nidalee.
I'm leaning towards b).
I think it's more of A. She's not a great AD carry, IMO, but she does great in the bruiser/secondaryAD role. Were you top with her?

Bot with Taric. Couldn't capitalise on his stuns very well as the target was usually behind minions, so my options were Primal Surge + AA spam, or Cougar WEQ.
I could see her being REALLY good top, though. Sustain, tanky, almost immune to ganks thanks to passive+cougar+pounce, and a permanent Wriggles ward in the river bush.
Also, couldn't get the hang of killing wards via Bushwhack. Is this something that you just can't do anymore, or do you have to be REALLY PRECISE and hit the ward dead on to give vision?
Does anyone know why there is a 30+ page thread in the LoL forums about Transgenders? Is there some Tran hate in LoL or something?

One Shyvana, one Soraka, zero deaths, zero fucks given. At all. I think I took more turret damage than enemy damage.
Edit: Also, damn does she get so tanky. I think with Soraka heal my armor in dragon form must have been over 250.
That game was...magical. I seriously gave zero fucks with my Soraka. I really think support is starting to turn out to be my best role. I've played a lot of games with you guys, what do you think? Think support's the one that makes me suck the least amount of gopher dong?

One of the things that's stunning to me is how little people have caught on to how good Revive actually is on Dominion.

Edit: AP Poppy is there when you absolutely need to 100% > 0 someone in one combo.
Edit 2: All 4 of them are worthwhile, but there is no reason to get all 4 of them at the same time in any given game.
