dude, the co-op was awesome in RE5. i played it that way 90% of the time. it was fun, the only thing they should change is forcing co-op play into single player. that was something they could have worked around with a modicum of effort.

As long as its got the RE4 style controls, plenty of insanity, and the setting doesn't immediately scream if it was lifted from some white supremecist's wet dream of the coming race war I'll be all over it.

I totally don't want co-op back either if it means we get more slow-paced "classic" RE moments, but with such a bro-tastic team-up of Leon and Chris, it's hard to not wish for some epic action moments.

They're going to need to come up with something appropriate to fit in RE's two biggest dogs. Like, having to rescue the super president's daughter. With breasts twice as big as Ashley's.

And I'm pretty sure the new villain was teased as far back as RE5's DLC.

Supposed to be part of Wesker's clone family or something? They gave a name but I forgot

If it has to be an old character, Claire would be fine.

But I'd really, really like an all new cast. Not going to happen, obviously, the fans would throw a fit (Resident Evil 2 what?), but it'd be nice.

Anyway, China could be a really cool setting I think, though given how culturally tone deaf Capcom are, I guarantee they're going to cause at least one blow-up.

Fuck yeah. Resident Evil 5 was the first game I ever got 1000 gamerscore in. LOVE that game, even with the sometimes annoying helper. Very pumped for more.

Yeah, RE4 Wii controls great. It's why people confuse me when they say the sensor-bar less 'aiming' in Skyward Sword is vastly superior. I never had problems with RE4, I had plenty with SS.

This Revelations demo is so so good. I get the feeling Capcom actually learned from RE5, so my hopes for 6 are pretty high. This is coming from someone who actually loved 5. I'd love another attempt at co-op, but maybe as a side story bonus thing.
