There are several untrue and/or unfounded generalizations in this post.
Yes?
First of all I don't buy those ridiculously high civilian casualty numbers that are more than 10x the estimation of the US, UK, and Iraqi governments.
Second, the WMD argument was supported by the past Administration as well. The head of the CIA flat out told Bush "It's a slam dunk." The severe lack of WMDs after we were all told there was enough anthrax to cover yadda yadda yadda was a surprise to most everyone. The real crime there is how Bush gave the former CIA chief the medal of freedom instead of a pink slip.
Finally, saying their were millions protesting (at least in this country) is a misnomer. The protests, though heavily covered by the media, really weren't that big to start with and they aren't that big now. The vast majority of Americans are not the activist type.
Dude, hindsight is always 20/20, and your rant just makes you seem like a self-important dick shouting "I was never fooled!"
Dude I can't believe they fooled anyone

i wish i had had the money to invest in google when they went public, i would be so goddamn filthy rich right now
Dude...
I had 50 shares of stock in Google when it was $135 a share (I bought then in the IPO), and I had to sell them when I started a new job at a financial brokerage company, and I thought "Oh well, no biggie... They're not gonna go much higher before I leave this job, and I'll just buy them back."
Well, by the time I left the job, the stock was at $395 a share, and climbing. Last year, it topped $500.
this thread went from shaving your face, to shaving your junk, to iraq.
neat.
do you think iraqi dudes shave their junk?
i mean, it must get pretty musty down there in all that heat.
though, i can't image a dude in a full beard, and a shaved crotch. that would look awkward.
Unbalanced.
ever see pornos with really hairy dudes, that have totally smooth crotches? that's fuckin' weird too.
It is extremely weird.
Personally, I am not a fan of bald privates. They look inhuman.
I'm not saying you shouldn't get down there an maintain your lawn, just don't go Jerry Seinfeld on it and the next thing you know you're the wolfman escaping your date on a bus.
Man, completely shaved junk just feels amazing. The best blowjobs, the best sex. The best everything except when I look in the mirror. All my girlfriends liked it(those that I did it for). (dunno about the current one as we haven't quite crossed that line yet) It just looked weird to me.
I have noticed that Callius is really, really good at sounding exactly like the people he is upset with.
Edit: It makes me wonder if he is doing it on purpose to demonstrate his point sometimes.
Maybe, maybe not.
I just don't really feel like I have to make an intelligent, concise, rational, and well cited dissertation when posting here. It's SE++ for fucks sake. If the reason why I don't like Bush boils down to "his ass smells like goffer balls" well, by god, that's good enough for me!

Fair enough but you shouldn't expect to go on a rant calling everyone that doesn't think the same way you do retarded without a few of them calling you out or asking you to back it up.

No, you're basically right, but it does make you look like a schmuck sometimes at first glance, especially if other people are pretending to try and have a decent conversation at the same time, like that time you flipped out on the clergy even though nothing even happened.
You seem like a pretty all right guy, but you make yourself look bad on occassion.
Man, what if your ass did smell like gopher balls?

The US, UK and Iraqi government don't keep (or publish) figures on Iraqi civilian casualties. The closest we have is the John's Hopkins study which is staggering.
Secondly, there was plenty of evidence that Iraq's capability to obtain, create, and distribute chemical, biological and (above all) nuclear weapons was nill. Absolutely zero. Wilson's report is the most famous, but there were literally hundreds of reports (both from within and without the government) which basically said that the Administration was full of shit.
Finally, No. I was there, were you? There may not have been a million people at the DC rally, but there were several hundred thousand. The London march DEFINITELY topped a million. Along with the Paris and Berlin marches too.
Well, even the treatment of Native Americans has worsened under Bush. This idea that tribes are well off and with these massive casinos is such BS for a majority of the nations.
Apparently Bush hiked up the taxes for people bringing stuff back from tribe lands. An artist friend sells his art for charity (as he has enough to enjoy life already) on reservations. Sadly, he needs to pay almost 40-50% taxes on what he get for it. Only that pitiful ammount can he donate to the tribes for school supplies, stoves, and well drilling.

I don't think nuclear weapons were the only WMDs they were talking about.
I seriously doubt some of these civilian-casualty numbers as well.
And so the US had several hundred thousand protestors? OK. I don't give a crap about the foreign protestors; it's not their government, it's ours.
Yeah, I'm not sure if the Hopkins numbers are correct either. Even if they're 1/10th of the correct figure... holy fuck dude.
I didn't say they were only talking nukes. I also mentioned chemical and biological, because it was pretty clear that those programs were defunct as well.
i know girls that shave their eyebrows, and draw them back in.
i'm going to shave my crotch, and draw my junk back in.
You're not actually supposed to shave your junk off.
shaving the brows and then drawing them back is such a bad thing. Waxing is the best way for eyebrows and for your junk (well female junk that is). The only bad thing for women is when you let it all grow back to the buckwheat in a leg lock look and have to get it done. Not good my friends, not good at all. For a dudes, the lady who does my junk says that on guys the only area you have to be careful of is the ball skin. she says it is thin. On the "sensitive" areas she uses a low heat wax that is more tacky. It looks like goo like aloe vera gel.
And so the US had several hundred thousand protestors? OK. I don't give a crap about the foreign protestors; it's not their government, it's ours.
This is the Old World, our country against yours crap that has no place in the 21st Century, and that I imagine we will be stuck with well into the 23rd.

Oh yeah I missed the chem and bio parts. OK.
So just the other two then.

1. Yes they do keep the figures. It's enemy casualties that are not published. The Johns Hopkins report is complete bullshit.
2. If you are talking about Joseph Wilson you are very poorly informed on the subject. Wilson's report had very limited scope (limited the to Niger yellow cake investigation) and he didn't even disprove what he claims (according to the 911 commission and a the Senate intelligence committee report). Joe Wilson is an idiot and he is not a help to your cause. I would advise you never quote him if you want to say anything intelligent or accurate.
3. There were not "several hundred thousand" in DC and I did say "at least in this country" so don't start listing off European countries. The fact is a very small percentage of this nation (1-2% maybe) was taking it to the street while an overwhelmingly high percentage of this nation (70%+) supported the war.
Callius, you are an intelligent person and I am sure you are more than capable of defending your points without exaggerations or exaggerated data.

Imagine the people who didn't invest in Google and HAD the money.
Like basically everyone related to me. =(
I am pretty sure that even if the Stockmarkets went straight down for about 3 months, Google would still be valued higher than when he bought it.
Or maybe not, I don't know, I am not that good at math.
FOOLS
but, they still have the money, yes? so it could be worse
(i don't D; )
i'm going to shave my crotch, and draw my junk back in.
Well, yeah.
But they could have a lot more.
I'm talking about buy boats
so that you can put your other, smaller boats inside them.

I was hoping mortgage rates would be forced down.
This is pretty much exactly what I'm saying.

It was totally France's government that lost to the Nazis, not ours we shouldn't have cared.
BAM Thread is Godwin'd everyone go home
as a percentage of the population, even 1 million is still scant few

Why would you remove all of your eyebrow hair and draw a line to represent that hair on your face.
A little touch up eyebrow pencil, fine, but lose the whole thing and draw it own?
That is ugly.
