    batman year one was animated into a movie, which is what it's referring to

    it has a sequence where batman confronts the rich bleeding gotham dry

    I don't remember the cripple in 300 being gay

    Also the totally bullshit parts of the story about everyone but the Spartans being cowards or monsters make a lot more sense when you realize that it's all just Dilios telling the story to the soldiers before the Battle of Plataea so of course he's going to make the Spartans sound like the top shit-kickers in the world to get them pumped up

    There are plenty of legit complaints to level at 300 and Frank Miller in general but I just wanted to say a thing I guess
