I liked the atmosphere and story of Siren

It's directed by the same dude who directed the first Silent Hill game

But the gameplay is kind of frustrating and weird

I have the game Siren but it is really really hard and I heard that maybe it is not so good. I only played the first two missions

the story is sick as shit and very creepy

the gameplay is fucking painful but maybe it's just hard to pull off, i did it once but i wouldn't do it again

Yeah, that is why I picked it up. I loved SH1 so much that I figured this game would be pretty decent at least. The difficulty of the gameplay forced me to put it on the shelf for a while though.

I had to go look up Siren before I knew what you were talking about. Turns out its called Forbidden Siren down here.

I picked up Forbidden Siren 2 a few weeks back cause it looked interesting.

I have no idea what the fuck is going on in it.

phonehand once all the stories start coming together it becomes kind of a fix to see what's going on next

it's three days all seperated into twenty different stories so i'd suggest sticking with it

I really really love the concept but dammit I was stuck on the first mission with that schoolteacher guy or whatever and I kept dying because it is so hard

I really regret not playing more of the 1st Silent Hill when I rented it. It seemed like a fun game. Maybe I should go buy some survival horror game now. I think I'm going to try to pick up FEAR somewhere, at the very least.

Totally Random Side Note: Wright State is in the NCAA tournament baby. If I wasn't very smart, I might have graduated from there last year.

If you want a horror game, go play Condemned. Jesus that game scared the crap out of me at times.

I wish they'd make a (good) movie out of that game...or at least a quality sequal

I want to play Condemned really bad

But there's this expensive machine I need to buy to play it first

I tried playing SH2, but the atmosphere makes me want to stop breathing.

I'll beat it eventually though, since I did buy it.

SH1 is less scary due to the playstation graphics, so I did get pretty far on that. I played the PC version, though.

They're almost dirt cheap nowdays, right?

I don't have a PS2, but I have two PS2 games lying around that I play whenever I borrow the console:
    ICO and SoTC

Did you grow up on pretty X-box graphics or something

If you did I guess that comment is excusable

But it still holds its visceral impact quite well, if you ask me

Yes. Scary books (and in turn, stories) don't do anything to me. I get tense from my (or my avatars) surroundings. The only thing that really makes me crap my pants are videogames. Movies make me uneasy but I never have to stop watching due to mental fatigue.

My first console that I owned was my SNES, well actually my game boy brick but I've been gaming since I was three and playing duck hunt on the NES.

I was a Nintendo fanboy so I missed the playstation in favor of the N64. I only got a PS2 abour a year and a half ago finally.

They don't have plot analysises. Okay, the first one does, but the other 2 don't.

And I posted the UFO endings. So if your gonna kill me, your gonna make it quick, right?
