Any way to defrag just one file?

I need to defrag a video file (~1GB) for processing and I don't want to bother with defragging my whole drive right now. Is there a way to do this?

    Copy it to a different partition/drive.

    IMPORTANT: Don't do anything else with that partition/drive while you do this.
