Woulda been cool if they really were YOUR tags. Just replace Ghost's name with the player's gamertag, and DoB with either a random date or today's date and bam.
Though thats probably a lot of effort for something no one will notice.

I think it's some sort of COD law that people get stuck with the worst pubbies possible. I seem to get stuck with awful split-screeners every damn game. Last time I played Kill Confirmed I got stuck with some dudes that went something like 5 and 40.
absurdist shooting game? Do roller skates and shotguns tickle your fancy? Have you ever wanted to fire a rocketlauncher while gliding in a personal airframe? The maps aren't big enough to warrant acog or hybrid optics for me. Long shots are rarely an issue with RDS or even irons and I don't have to sacrifice CQB.
Some maps, like the icky Interchange or Outpost benefit from ACOG. Das Arkaden too, surprisingly.
I figure the fastest way to level up is to just complete all the weapon challenges for a specific gun and move on. Working my way down the list with the M4 and am currently working on Heartbeat Sensor and Holo sight. My gun is so ugly now! Just covered in big bulky hunks of ugly plastic.
Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.

Not really. Whenever I use the acog or thermal on an smg while doing weapon challenges for the exp I don't find myself playing any less aggressively. I just rely on steady aim and hip firing for anyone at short-medium range, with the added bonus of being able to kill people better at long range when I take the time to aim.

the HAMR scope on SMGs isnt all that terrible. its not particularly useful, but doesnt actively hamper your play the way the hybrid sight does. I only ever use those for the challenge points anyway.
So, having stopped playing MW3 for a week or so, I've noticed I'm sleeping better and I'm not as quick to anger IRL. I may come back when the maps become more widely spread through the community, but I doubt it.

My W/L is almost an even 50:50. But man, when I lose in half those games, I honestly feel like I didn't even have a chance.

No, it just takes somewhere between 1-2 years to scope in when you have it.
